Install updates manually

I have downloaded KB890859 onto a disk and now want to install it on another
computer from this disk. The other computer has an extremely slow internet
connection, so i am updating this way instead.

Do I just use windows explorer to navigate to the .exe file -
WindowsXP-KB890859-x86-ENU.exe - and just double click it or do I have to go
elsewhere to initiate the installation of this update.

Thanks.

Just navigate to it, open it by double clicking, and follow the onscreen
prompts.
