Install TweakUI

The first instruction on installing TweakUI says: "Insert the Windows 98
CD-ROM...."
I do not have a Windows CD-ROM. My computer came with Windows 98SE already
installed and a Recovery CD-ROM.
How do I install TweakUI?

Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows Millennium Edition, Windows 98 or
Windows 95.
