Install SP2 remotely

I would like to install SP2 manually but via remote control software to
workstations at another location.

This is fine until the PC reboots and opens a wizard asking the user to set
Automatic Updates / Firewall settings and there is no one at the other end
to follow verbal instructions. Also limits when I can do the update.

How can I install SP2 without the wizard appearing at startup and with the
firewall disabled so I can reconnect my remote control software aftter the
PC has restarted ?

You could try setting those in Group Policy. You can also distribute sp2
with group Policy as well. Well, as long as you're running Active Directory.
