Install SP2 from slipstreamed disk.

I have a slipstreamed XP Pro/SP2 disk. My daughter hasn't got SP2 , only XP
Pro/SP1.
Can I update her's to SP2 using my slipstreamed disk to save the hassle of
downloading it again?

Yes, just be sure and use 'her' activation number when it asks for it.
Just do a 'repair' works fine, I do it all the time...

If you use your slipstreamed disk, you're going to be doing a repair install
of the OS as opposed to just installing SP2. If that's what you want to do,
you can, but it's only going to work if your version and hers are otherwise
identical. That means they both have to be retail, or upgrade, or the same
oem. Otherwise you're going to run into problems.
