We need to configure several Vista PCs with the same user
configuration and software installation. Do you know any utility that
we can use to speed the process?

configuration and software installation. Do you know any utility that
we can use to speed the process?

Acronis True Image. You can use the Home Edition if the machines are
identical (hardware). You can use the Enterprise Edition with Universal
Restore (IIRC that's the module you want) if the machines have different
hardware.

Set one up exactly the way you want it and then image it. Apply the
image to other machines. Afterwards change the computer name and Product
Key manually.
