Install Service Pack one

[Hi]

I just recievd my Windows XP Sevice Pack one disk today,
and like every other disk I own It doesn't Autorun, so
what should I do to install it?
Please help

Disconnect network/modem cable
Reboot
Disable all unnecessary applications including antivirus and firewall
Insert the CD
Open the CD in Explorer.
Double click the icon and follow prompts.
Reboot
Ensure firewall is enabled before connecting network/modem cable.
