Install Runtime Only

I am running Access 2003 and I have purchased a copy of Visual Studi
which allows me to package my database. Is there anyway that I ca
only install the runtime files on someones computer instead of th
whole package
 
I often "split" my install into two parts.

Note only is this better for updates, but then you don't need the original
install disk when you un-install the software (add/remove programs in the
control panel).

Just use the regular package and deployment wizard, but ONLY include a
simply "readme.txt" file into a directory. Include the runtime, and you go a
runtime only install.

You never did have to include a mdb, or mde file. However, you have to
include at least ONE file, and a simple tiny .txt file is acceptable.
