Install Program for User 'A' use Only

Hi,

Just give me a large push down a hill if this is obvious... ;-)

Is there a way (and how-to) to install a program where the only user to be
able to even see it on the pc is, for example, user A?

I.e. I am an admin on a pc system, but I need to install a program for my
use only, and I don't want *anyone* else to have access at all (or even see
it).

Right click on setup of the program and click on run as it will ask the user name and password provide the user name and password of the particular account in which u want to install the program
