Install Problems

Hello..

I am getting this error when trying to install a program called Amiga
Forever:

16 bit Windows Subsystem
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running
MS-DOS and MICROSOFT WINDOWS applications. Chose CLOSE to terminate the
application.

I have Windows XP pro with SP 2.

Suggestions?
