I just loaded Outlook 2003 and I am having problems
configuring it. I open it and it says The Microsoft
Exchange Server is not available and gives three options.
1. Retry waits like 15 seconds and then loads the same
message.
2. Work Offline says Unable to open your default e-mail
folders. Your profile is not configured. Clicking ok
closes outlook.
3. Cancel just closes Outlook
Nothing can be selected from behind these messages.
Any advice?

Are you using an Exchange server? If not delete your mail profile in Control
Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles.
Then configure it with the right Account Service. Contact your ISP for
details if you don't know
