install problem with beta

I've installed and re-installed the beta anti-spyware
software and it refuses to boot up at startup. I've
clicked on the required box and it makes no difference.
Any suggestions?

Uninstall and reinstall, it seems that you might have had a corrupted
install. Also disable or close any programs and Antivirus utilities during
installation.
