Install problem. PLEASE HELP!!!

I am having trouble installing windows XP home edition on
my new computer. It gets stuck on certain files that go
in to the install folder (starting with infosoft.dll). I
was wondering if there is a way to download the install
files and put them on a floppy and use them from that.
Please help. Thanks

Problems with clean Windows installations usually mean that your RAM is
flaky, with a failing hard drive being the next suspect. Do some
hardware diagnoses.
