I have two different hard drive. I am trying to do an
upgrade installation from 98se and can't get past the
analysis part. The installation stops with the error code
538FF58H, can't continue and contact Microsoft technical
support. Can't talk to them because I don't have the
product ID code because it has not yet been installed.
This an orginal install cd bought from a university. Has
not been previously installed or registered. Can't
understand what can be wrong.
