Install Outlook or Outlook Express on an memory stick

Hello,

I want to install Outlook or Outlook Express on an Memory stick to be
able to plug it into any computer and to call my emails.

My assumption with Outlook is:
1) not possible, since Outlook is linked with the Windows 2000/ XP and
must always be specifically installed
2) not possible, since the data file Outlook.pst does not keep the
configuration of the email accounts, when being transferred to another
computer (one other protective? nonsense of MS)
I do not have the experience with Outlook Express.

Can you advise?

Could you also recommend to me another good Email Client which allows
installation on Memory stick?
