install office 2003 over 2007

when i open excel i get a message c;|program files\apricot
software\asexcellunit.xla could not be found. I click ok and the program
works ok. How do I get rid of this message.
Please help me.

Hi,

Although you didn't mention it in you post the title suggests you installs
2003 over 2007. This is never a good idea unless you uninstall 2007 first.

If you are trying to run both programs on your machine than start by
installing 2003 and then install 2007 over it making sure to specify a
different folder to put it in, and to not remove prior versions.
