install Office 2003 onto Windows-XP Embedded

I have read some articles disclosing the truth that it takes some other
files to be packed up in XPe image so users can install office 2003
directly.

Does anyone has check list for these file? or what components I should add
in my image?

Installing Office is not allowed as a generic PC on XPe. Pieces of office
can be installed for a dedicated application.

That makes sense to me.
My clients never need to work on any office document on XPe platform.
Instead, they are happy with Office viewer which allows them to walk through
office documents.
