I know this is an old topic, but this has really been a
pain and I finally have to time to ask for help.

When I try to delete something using my control panel, I
get a message saying Can not open (or Find)
install.log.file. I looked this up on the website and got
some really useless info. Can someone help me?

Thanks!

Tamara

The installation log file is a record of what was installed. Without it, an
uninstaller doesn't know what to remove. That's why the easiest way to
overcome your problem is to reinstall the original program. That creates a
new installation log file. Now when you go to remove the program, the
uninstaller will say "Oh, so that's what I'm supposed to remove..."
