Install leads to display failure

I'm not sure if this is an install or hardware problem, but
here goes.

I am building a computer on a PC Chips M810D motherboard
with an AMD XP 1800+ chip, 256 MB DDR Ram, a BSE 40 GB HD,
and a 300W power supply. I started installing WinXP HE and
everything was going great until WinXP HE stated it needed
to reboot, so I hit enter, it rebooted, and now I have no
display.

The monitor does not seem to be getting a video signal. I
have tried two different monitors and I have tried using a
PCI ATI Radeon 16 MB video card in addition to the video on
the motherboard.

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Alex

Sounds like the video might be bad on the mobo. Do you have the latest BIOS
for the machine and any driver software thats needed? Can you see the
monitor during POST or not at all? What about safe mode?
