Install failed - new version with error 1603

When I try install msn new version.

- This message show me: "The folder path 'Documents and
Settings' contains an invalid character."
- And I click on OK button
- And MSN Messenger 6.1 Setup show me, a windows with
information: "This instalation was interrupted. Please try
running this instalation again. Click the Finish button to
close this wizard."
- And MSN setup, show me one message with error: "MSN
Messenger setup has failed with error code:'1603'.Please
go to the MSN Messenger Web Site and download the software
from there."

Please help me! Else, I will have re-install my windows xp.

Hi,

This issue can be cause if the folder that you are trying to install to is
encrypted or if the SYSTEM account does not have Full control permissions on
the folder that you are trying to install to.
