install error

During installation, while writing the system registry
values, I get the following:
ERROR 1402 Could not open key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENTVERSI
ON\RUN.
The Install Wizard then rolls back the installation.

Are you running as administrator on the machine?

Have you used other utilities or is other security software running that
might be attempting to protect that key?
