Error 1402



When trying to load the anti-spyware program, just before
it finishes loading, we get this error and it reverses
loading the program and is unsuccessful. The error
message is: Error 1402. Could not open key.
on\Run Verify that you have sufficient access to that
key or contact your support personnel.

We have loaded this software on two other computers
successfully, but can't on this one. Any suggestions?

Is this at run time, or during the install? Make certain that you are
logged in as an administrator on the machine.

If this is a run-time error, some have reported that running the program in
safe mode has allowed some errors to fix themselves.
