The typical Windows 2000 setup technique should work just fine. Boot the
computer using the Windows 2000 cdrom. When it gets to the stage to ask
where to install, setup will see the pre-formatted Drive C, if done properly.
Put the \winnt folder into it. That's it. Setup will finish the job.
