Install a new prog.

When trying to install a new prog. I am getting the
messg 'Setup cannot continue because some files are out
of date on your system. Click on OK if you would like
setup to update these files for you now.' I click OK but
the nothing appears to happen because after to pc reboots
and I try to install again I am getting the same message.
How do I find which file is out of date and correct it?

Choose "No" and retry. If the PC cannot connect to the Internet at
this time you cannot update the files.
