Instaling XP Pro on SATA Drive

When I attempt to install XP PRO SP1 on an SATA drive the
install fails while loading the SATA device driver.

I know the installation does not have any SATA device
drivers so I had to supply them from my mobo driver disk.

Anyone else have this problem?

Ensure all the driver files are available on the floppy. The root of the
floppy must contain a file called txtsetup.oem, and there will likely be
another file in the root folder (mine is called fastx2k) and a WinXP folder
with cat, INF, sys, and dll files.

The README.TXT in the driver directory on your MoBo CD (in the folder that
likely contains the txtsetup.oem file) should tell you what other files and
folders are required.
