Instaling programs

I am running Windows XP Pro and have 2 users set up on a
single computer. I would like to know how to install
programs that can be accessed by one user, the second
user, or both users such as Quicken for both, a web cam
for one, a specific screen saver for one, or Palm
software for another etc. How can I share some files and
software and not others. Thanks...

Right click the Start button.
Explore all users.
Have the program shortcuts under All Users\Start Menu\Programs, user1\Start
Menu\Programs, or user2\Start Menu\Programs.
