Inserting text

I have a form that I have put into my saved files. I want to be able to type
words on the line (_________) provided. I have tried the Insert and
Underscore keys, but the line still moves (it is not lined up with the lines
underneath it). Is there a way to set up the lines so that I can put text
directly on them w/o moving them? Thanks you!
