Inserting graphs from Excel into PPT 2007

I generate graphs in Excel files that contain macros. When I copy and paste
(not hyperlink) a graph into PPT2007 (am using XP) I fight the enable macros
windows several times and then the graph finally goes onto the slide. Is
there an easy way to copy and paste graphs other than disabling security or
snipping it?

Thanks for your help.

Bill,
Can you explain more? Do you expect the macros to work in PPT on the
embedded XL charts?

Hi Brian,

No, I just want to cut and paste the graph into PPT as a plain, dumb object.
These data don't change so there is no need for linking the graph back to the
Excel sheet.

I should note that the files are on a NAS drive. I don't think that should
make a difference but don't know.

In that case, choose Edit, Paste Special and choose WMF or EMF.
Dumb as rocks, guaranteed.
