inserting graphic

I have inserted a table into ppt 2007 using the insert table tool of
ppt2207.
In one cell when I want to insert a picture all I get is a clipboard with 2
options
keep source formatting, use destination theme.

How can i get the picture into the cell.

Select the cell, then on the Table Tools Design tab, click Shading, then
Picture. Insert the picture.

To adjust the image in the cell, put your cursor in the cell and right-click
and choose Format Shape. In the Fill tab, where Picture or Texture Fill
should be selected already, click Tile Picture as Texture. Now you can
adjust the scale and positioning of the picture within the cell.
