inserting graphic

I want to insert a picture on to a data entry form and on to a report. When
I resize the picture, it cuts off part of the picture. Is there any way to
resize the graphic on the form or report design form.

Right click on the picture and select properties.

Under the 'Format' Tab (Or the All Tab if you prefer) look for a setting
named 'Size Mode' you will probably find it's set to 'Clip' change to either
'Stretch' or 'Zoom' as necessary to suit your graphic

Hi Neil,

I inserted a picture from a .gif image file. When I right click on the
picture, I don't have a Properties item, only Format Picture. In the Format
Picture menu, there is a Size tab, but no Size Mode as you described.

Any suggestions?
