I just got my email at work updated to Outlook 2003. I am having trouble
accessing my listed contacts email addresses when forwarding an emai. I can
find them to insert the address for a new email, but the list does not show
when I try to forward an email.

Where are you looking?

When I am in the email and click on "forward", then click on "to" to find
contacts the "Show Names" window pops up, the dropdown menu at "Show Names
From the" does not have my contacts, just contacts for the company. My
contacts are contractors who I need to email often, but they are not
accessable there. Though when I am just in "mail" I can click on "My
Contacts" and they are there, but that is not visible when forwarding a
message.

Make sure the Outlook Address Book service is in your mail profile
(Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or address
books>Next) and that your Contacts folder is enabled as an address book
(right-click>Properties>Outlook Address Book>Show this folder as an e-mail
Address Book).
