Inserting background music

S

Sam Carraway

I want to play background music through an entire PPT. I can get the music to
play at the very beginning but the presentation will not go to the second
slide until the music file, 6 minutes, has played in its entirety. I have
received PPTs in emails that have this but I cannot reproduce it in my PPTs.

Hello again Sam,

To play the sound throughout the presentation:

1. Click thumbnail #1
2. Click SLIDESHOW | CUSTOM SHOW | If necessary click on the name of the
sound file | Click on the down-arrow to the right of the name | Click EFFECT
OPTIONS | PLAY SOUND | STOP PLAYING | Select AFTER and type 999 for the
number of slides | TIMING | REPEAT | type 1000 | OK.

Good Luck.
