inserting a vertical line?

I am using FP2000. Are you able to insert a vertical line in FP? Theres
horizontal but not vertical. From the looks of it, it is not possible? And it
seems i'm the only person wondering about this everywhere.

I got my navigation bar on the left vertically. So i want to separate that
from the stuff in the middle. Anything else I can do?

If it's in a table or cell, you can give it a right or left border and color
it.
Or make a vertical image and apply it to the left or right.
