inserting a pop up for an explanation of a word in MS word?

how do i insert a pop up or a flag when i hover my mouse over a word or
phrase in MS Word?
 
You can insert a comment. Select the word and then go to Insert | Comment.
Type what you want and click somewhere else on the screen.

If you don't like your comment balloons. Turn them off by going to Tools
|Options | Track changes
