mouse over information box in Word

Is there a way to set up a pop up information box in a word document when the
mouse pointer is held over a word or phrase? For example, if I use a
technical term in a document and want to provide a brief defination when
someone hovers the mouse over it.
 
Have you tried Insert | Comment?
