Insert Video and then email Powerpoint

I need to insert a small video clip into powerpoint and then email the
presentation. It seems that the action of "inserting a video" merely inserts
a "link" to the file location. When you then email the presentation to a new
recipient the video won't play because the link to the file location is
broken. How do I acutally imbed the video file into the powerpoint
presentation. It can be achieved with picture files but I cant figure out
how to do it with Video.

I can save you some time, it can't be done, all videos are linked and you
need to include it in your distribution.
