Insert text from file

How can I insert text from a .txt file into the body of my message?

I recently switched over from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003 and this
feature worked fine before. When I would open a new email message I would
click Insert at the top and an option "Insert Text from file" would appear,
when I clicked it it would open a browswer window looking for .txt files.

Please help!!

Open the text file and use cut-and-paste. Outlook Express features have no
bearing on Outlook features.
