Insert Symbols

Hi,

On a laptop with Windows 98, I have an insert symbols
function that gives me speech therapy sound symbols. I
think the title of the symbols ended with IPA.

However, on a new work computer with Windows XP
professional, I can't find the same symbols page. Does
anyone know how I can find it in XP or add it to the
insert symbols program?

It's called character map - under system tools.

If it isn't the character map function, perhaps you had a
speech therapy program that you need to install.
