insert spreadsheet

i have inserted a spreadsheet as a picture in a
powerpoint presentation i needed to make changes to
speadsheet now i can not remember how to do it again. i
can insert the whole spreadsheeet but these does not give
me the look i need i do not remember it being that
complicated the first time i did it

Hi Cro,

Right click on the spreadsheet and click on Action
Settings. It should say Open or Edit on the mouse click
tab section. If it doesn't use the drop down to add it.
Click ok.

When you click on the spreadsheet it should open so you
can edit it within the presentation.

You won't be able to make changes if it's inserted as a picture.

You'll need to go back to the original spreadsheet.
Select the content you want to include in PPT, choose Edit, Copy.

Switch to PPT, choose Edit, Paste Special, Link.
