Insert Signature

I have Outlook 2003 SP3 with Word 2003 enable as editor and message format
HTML. I have a signature already made and it does display okay.

When I am in a new message, why doesn't Insert | Signature showup for me.

Because that is an Outlook editor option.
In Word you can find the signature options by expanding the Options...
button

I googled Outlook 2003 Insert Signature, and I found a undoumented trick to
toogle between signatures, move your mouse pointer over the middle your
existing signature and right click, from there you get a option to switch
signatures.

That option is anything but undocumented (that's why you could find it on
Google in the first place :-D)
