When writing an email, clicking on insert drops down various choices, but
Signature & Business card are
grayed out. Does anyone know how to use this feature?
It was easy to set up in Outlook Express. Thanks

Have you made up a signature and business card?

That's because you don't have any to insert, or you haven't clicked in the
message body area first.

In the main WM window, go to Tools - Options - Signatures
click on New to create a new text signature
or click on File and go find an existing text file

Click on the Compose tab to Select or Edit a business card

Dave & Frank: Thank you very much for your help, your info made it work.
I wasn't notified that anyone responded, so I didn't think anyone had
answered.
Then I had hard time finding my post again, then the site wouldn't let me log
back in. Thanks again.

In Windows Mail go to Tools | Accounts | Add (or New) | News.
Set up an account for this news server:

msnews.microsoft.com

The server is free and does not require you to logon. This news server
carries over 2200 newsgroups related to Microsoft products and keeps
messages at least 30 days.

And here are two articles Tom Koch wrote about using newsgroups in Outlook
Express (they're pretty much the same for WinMail):
