G Guest Mar 13, 2004 #3 The event viewer did not show anything on Outlook; but today I had a search errors of: Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2800.1221, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.1217, fault address 0x00033905. @ 8:39:45 AM and Fault bucket 50065601. @ 8:39:50 AM Then The shell stopped unexpectedly and Explorer.exe was restarted. @ 8:39:56 AM

R Roady [MVP] Mar 13, 2004 #5 This error is indicating that Outlook isn't the issue but Windows XP itself (explorer.exe icw ntdll.dll) You might want to post this error message in a Windows XP newsgroup. Also look up the Event ID of the error or they will have a hard time helping you. This error is indicating that Outlook isn't the issue but Windows XP itself (explorer.exe icw ntdll.dll) You might want to post this error message in a Windows XP newsgroup. Also look up the Event ID of the error or they will have a hard time helping you.
