Insert picture not available

For some reason when I clip on Insert the only sections available are Include
& Text. The Tables, Illustrations, Links and Symbols aren't avaiable.
Office 2007 Outlook

The entire Office package is intalled... seems to just be a problem with
replies not new messages........

If it's only on replies, i bet the original message is in plain text format.
On the reply, go to the "OPTION" tab and make sure to choose "HTML" as mail
format
