Insert Picture FP-XP vs. FP-2K

(Using a server based web)

In FP-2000, the Insert Picture -> From File always defaulted to the
current web. In FP-XP, you have to go to "My Network Places", hunt
down through the server to the web (that you are already working on)
and find the images that way.

Is there some way to set FP to always default to the current web ?
(And is there any reason that anyone would want it to do otherwise ?
This doesn't seem like a "feature" to me).

Sorry, I should have made that clear. I have *already* imported them
to the (new) web. They are in a folder located under the main
directory for the web I am working on.

However, when I do Insert Picture in FP-XP, it never defaults to the
current web. I always have to go hunt it down through the server.
Keep in mind that I am building my web on a server... I just don't
see why it does not default to the current web location when you go
to insert the picture - and I'd like to change it if possible.
