Insert/Paste images without dimensions

I'm using FP 2003, and thought I saw an option soemwhere that allows one to insert or paste images without the height and width attributes automatically being added to the tag by default. I'd like to turn that feature off temporarily. Can anyone point me to the location of that feature?
 
Only by using Insert Web Component Advanced Html
