Insert Object from file, do not want to edit just display. How

I am trying to upload an Excel worksheet into Word. I do not want to change
it in any way, I only want to see it as an object.

I have done this before, but now when I do the same thing, it uplaods it
differently and allows me to change in in the word document. I do not want to
do this as it changes the size, etc and does not get the full document in.

Please help!!!
 
Select the part of the sheet you want to appear in your document and copy to
the clipoboard, then edit > paste special > as a bitmap. It will insert as
an uneditable image in exactly the same format as it appears in Excel.
