insert new ruler on same page

the ruler across the top of the page used for adjusting column widths (A B C
D etc) is it possible to insert another one on the same page and if so how ?

Do you mean

menu> Insert> Columns

Column widths and row heights are the properties or the entire columns or
rows.

One adjustment allowed per column or row.

So...........not possible.
