I would like to know how I can insert my company logo in the body of our
email. I have noticed that the image does not show up on the other side when
I have transmitted the email.

Can someone help me on this?

What message format are you using: HTML or RTF? Use HTML if possible.

What email client is the recipient using: something that lets the user
view messages in Plain Text format?

The client is receiving HTML format.

I should also have asked: what is the image format, and what is the
recipient's email client (and version). Some email clients, e.g. Outlook
2007, refuse to accept certain image types, i.e. animated gifs.

The iamge format is GIG (not animated) or JPG
