Insert Hyperlink: wrong hyperlink in outlook web access

When inserting a hyperlink, the hyperlink is wrongly translated when opening
the hyperlink in Outlook Web Access. Opening the hyperlink from within the
normal Outlook Client works just fine (for the same email message!)

The hyperlink translates the 'espace' character wrongly.

Clicking the hyperlink from within OWA translates the espace sign as %2550,
clicking the same hyperlink in the same mail from within normal Outlook
client translates the espace sing as %20.

If it's an OWA issue, you'll need to post to
microsoft.public.exchange.clients. OWA isn't part of Outlook, but part of
Exchange. You'll want to add in information regarding what version of
Exchange you're running and what browsers you've tested with as well when
you post over there. A sample URL might help too.
