Insert Hyperlink missing folders

All of a sudden my Insert Hyperlink no longer displayed
the folders or files in my web. The files and folders
were clearly there in the folder view. I tried two other
webs and was successful in doing this. Support told me
to Recalculate Hyperlinks and that would solve the
problem. I personally think it has something to do with
the indexing but for the life of me cannot figure it
out. Any help greatly appreciated. :-)

Do as Support told you. Tools | Recalculate Hyperlinks.
