Insert Form Text box Error

Created a form. Inserted a table. In first row, first
column, I typed "Name"; in second column I want to insert
a textbox. Whenever I click Insert, Form, Textbox,
another new form component with Submit and Reset buttons
is inserted. I restarted computer, closed and reopened
the website, but it still inserts the form component
instead of just a textbox. Do you have any ideas as to
what is wrong?

If you're not within the boundries of a Form when you create the textbox, it will create the textbox inside of 'another' form.

After you create your initial form, hit enter a couple of times to give you room above the Submit & Clear buttons to add your other textboxes, etc.
